Technical Architect - React JS / React Native

We are seeking a highly skilled

Tech Lead

with strong expertise in

React-based web application development

and hands-on experience in

Microsoft Azure Cloud services

. The candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical design decisions, ensure best practices in coding and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend and backend developers in building

React-based enterprise web applications

. Hands on Experience is must Design, architect, and implement solutions on

Microsoft Azure

, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking. Oversee

cloud deployments

, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Azure DevOps. Manage database design and optimization using

SQL Server

and

Cosmos DB

. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure code quality through

code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns

. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-9 years

of professional experience in software development, with at least

3+ years in a lead/mentorship role

. Strong hands-on experience in

React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript

. Solid understanding of

Azure Cloud services

(App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VNet, Key Vault, etc.). Proven expertise in

cloud deployment pipelines

and

DevOps practices

. Strong database skills with

SQL Server

(stored procedures, performance tuning) and

Cosmos DB

. Experience with

REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures

. Familiarity with

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

authentication/authorization

using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience in

serverless computing

and

event-driven architecture

. Exposure to

enterprise application security, compliance, and monitoring

.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
