Responsibilities:

  • Perform application development and support for web-based and command line applications to specifications documentation.
  • Provide data migration support from client legacy applications. Work with the business team to execute migration.
  • Understand and apply design patterns and disciplines including Object-Oriented Design and Analysis and Domain-Driven Design for highly scalable application development.
  • Understand and apply quality techniques and practices (automated unit testing, Test Driven Design/Development, Java performance analysis, continuous integration)
  • Problem and modification identification, classification, and prioritization.
  • Detailed analysis of the proposed modifications to determine impact, feasibility, and alternatives.
  • Design modification and execution of solution.
  • Perform regression testing of the application when changes are made to the, application, its infrastructure, or interfacing systems.
  • Provide the modification as part of a release package for installation in the operational environments.
  • Data quality and data management.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and artifacts.
  • Disaster recovery testing support.
  • Provide support of critical production issues.
  • Work well on small, high-performing teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Science, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science.
  • 3-6 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
  • Must have exceptional analytical, problem solving, outside of the box thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and experience working in Agile environments and understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Proficient knowledge of programming language such as Java 7 and 8, Hibernate, Maven, REST Services, Spring etc
  • The candidate must have strong experience and capability in Servlet, JSP, SOAP, JBPM5, Drools, jQuery, JMS, Apache Lucene/SOLR
  • The candidate must have decent experience and capability in Database development. Must be strong in at least one database software- MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Non-SQL Databases, Querying the database, writing stored-procedures, indexing, performance tuning, database modelling and designing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office transformation libraries, specifically Excel manipulation
  • Experience with Vaadin, Spring Boot, Docker, Amazon Web Services, JOOQ experience in a continuous integration environment or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in Scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, etc. a plus
  • OS Environments (Windows Server 2012-2016, AWS Linux)
  • Experience in system and data integrations using middleware technologies is a plus. Flat Files, API, Web Services, MuleSoft, Tibco, Dell Boomi, BizTalk, SSIS, ect.
  • Knowledge of procurement related software is a huge plus. Coupa, Exari, Icertis, SpringCM, Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the customer organization
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines
  • A drive to seek knowledge and specialist skills outside your own area of expertise, as appropriate to the project
  • Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.

  • Self-motivated, positive, tenacious and robust individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to use their own initiative
  • Drive to positively contribute to the culture, energy, and continued growth of the company Ability to maintain a state of curiosity about how our product is used and can be used to effectively and efficiently solve customer challenges
  • Highly organized and flexible individual, with the ability to work on multiple projects implementing a spectrum of CLMA products (as best suited to the project and customer) Willingness to travel periodically to client sites, both domestically and internationally
