Direct Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will be part of the DSI Informatics Data Science team, working on a big-data platform for cancer genomics. This platform integrates clinical, biomarker, and genomics data to provide analytical capabilities for the translational science team. The candidate will closely collaborate with DS project leads and clinical scientists, applying informatics techniques to support drug discovery and precision medicine. This is a technical role, and we seek a highly skilled, technology-driven professional who can: Architect, code, build, and test solutions independently. Mentor and guide the team. Preferred Experience: Proficiency in R and Python programming, with experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry. Cloud computing services (AWS) Analytics/Visualization software (Spotfire). Extensive experience in data modeling for analytical applications. Good to have a strong background in statistical analysis is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with bioinformatics/genomics tools and databases.
