Roles & Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in designing and building highly complex software solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong C# skills with the willingness to pick up the other language if not already mastered at a sufficient level Strong OOP design skills with an understanding or at least personal interest towards the concepts of Functional Programming Willingness to understand and enhance other people's code Prior experience in working with Git, TFS, following the Scrum Agile methodology is an advantage Prior knowledge of medical domain is an advantage Develop and enhance software applications for medical devices within the Healthcare domain. Collaborate with System Engineers and Architects to analyze, understand, and design solutions based on requirements. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance. Perform detailed design, coding, testing, and documentation as part of project execution. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Support defect resolution and investigative analysis during development and release cycles

Work Experience

Technical Leadership & Architecture:*
+ Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production.
+ Identifying and resolving technical risks proactively.
+ Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality.
+ Perform Design and Technical reviews.
+ Recommend new technologies to meet evolving business needs.
+ Perform system analysis to identify improvement areas in performance and scalability.
Development Best Practices:*
+ Establish and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
+ Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage a culture of continuous technical growth.
Problem Solving & Collaboration:*
+ Troubleshoot complex issues and design robust, maintainable solutions.
+ Mentor developers on unit testing, clean code practices, and architectural patterns.
+ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
