Job Description

Design and implement scalable and efficient 3D modeling architectures for large-scale projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that 3D modeling and rendering workflows align with business and client requirements. Evaluate and integrate new tools, plugins, and third-party services to improve 3D modeling efficiency and quality Lead the development of best practices for 3D modeling and visualization within the team, ensuring consistency and technical excellence. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers on technical aspects of 3D design, optimization, and tools. Lead design and code review sessions to ensure architectural decisions are sound and align with project goals. Develop and optimize custom plugins, scripts, or automation tools to enhance the functionality of 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp). Ensure smooth integration of 3D models with other software tools, including CAD, BIM, and GIS platforms. Build and maintain custom 3D asset libraries, templates, and workflows to optimize the design process. Ensure that 3D models are optimized for performance across different platforms and environments, including web and mobile applications. Work with visualization teams to fine-tune the rendering process, balancing quality and rendering time for large-scale models and real-time visualizations. Address issues related to hardware limitations, memory management, and render pipeline optimization. Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver technical solutions that meet their requirements. Present technical concepts and architectural designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for any 3D modeling and visualization-related queries and escalations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the 3D design and visualization space. Drive innovation within the team by exploring emerging technologies such as
