Key Responsibilities
Design and own overall system architecture for the ERP platform
Define best practices for backend services, APIs, and data models
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform
Guide developers on architectural decisions and design patterns
Review technical designs, code structure, and integrations
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks and tools
Ensure security, data protection, and compliance standards are met
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in designing
large-scale SaaS or ERP systems
Deep understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databases
Experience with monolithic and/or microservices architectures
Strong knowledge of system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance
Ability to create and document architectural diagrams and standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure design
Experience with security best practices in enterprise applications
Prior experience working in education, finance, or regulated domains
