Job Title: Principal Software Engineer

solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. And we do that by putting the

What will you be responsible for?
As an Ideal candidate, you would be recommending adjustments to resolve software issues, improve the
functionality of existing software, and solve complex technical challenges while delivering outstanding
software products focused on incredible customer experiences. In addition, you would:
Lead and manage developing products to redefine health care.
Design, build, and deploy applications to support our technology life cycle, service delivery
management, data, and business intelligence divisions.
Build internal solutions, with custom front ends (web, mobile) and backend services that automate
business processes.
Maintain development practices, writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality
and predictability.
Work with product managers and analysts to create/lead the design and development of tools to support
the transition to end-state applications.
Contribute to improving the engineering process, pre-empt risks, and define & execute contingency plans.
Consistently demonstrate a sense of accountability for the quality and completeness of entire
solutions/services and resulting caregiver experience
Who are we looking for?
12- 14 years experience delivering robust web-based products/ applications, using Microsoft tech stack
including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, .NET CORE, SQL SERVER, SQL AZURE
Hands-on experience in Angular/React JS, Node JS, and Vu JS is highly desirable.
The candidate must be hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional with a proven
ability to incubate high-caliber engineering teams.
Healthcare provider domain experience with a minimum of 7 years in agile delivery
Experience in Azure with CICD, containers, SQL, and NoSQL and serverless compute microservice and
micro-frontend architecture publishes/subscribe distributed processing knowledge.
product development life cycle (spec definition to release) building DevOps pipelines
Experience in designing and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architecture.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas by adopting tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and
nature of technical information.
Effective communication and cross-group collaboration skills, with experience working with geographically
distributed teams across organizational boundaries.
Working knowledge of IoT, ML, AI is highly desirable
