We are creating a \xe2\x80\x9cVenture Studio\xe2\x80\x9d for Digital Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare.

Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business.

Position: Technical Architect Engineer, Talent Augmentation & Product Engineering Company (Stealth)

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Architect for one of our portfolio companies that is building talent augmentation & product engineering solutions for digital health companies globally. As part of this venture, we will be creating a first-of-its-kind HealthTech Delivery Centre to provide exceptional talent and IT services to our global clients.

The Technical Architect Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities encompass building revolutionary products for digital health companies. This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, designing technical architecture, defining data structures and running quality assessments.

Responsibilities:

Technical Outcomes

• Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s product requirements to develop robust system specifications
• Create expert-level architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms as per client\xe2\x80\x99s product roadmap
• Evaluate and select appropriate software, hardware, and integration methods
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of the application

• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world

• Communicate system requirements to software designers and developers; explain system structure to them and provide assistance throughout the assembly process
• Work with client, development teams and product managers to deliver world class products

• Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Lead, motivate and mentor team members on achieving project and organizational goal
• Provide thought leadership and strengthen the team\xe2\x80\x99s software engineering capabilities

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager

• Hands-on experience with software development, system administration and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. CSS, Python, Django, JavaScript, React/Node JS, HTML)
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud-native applications
• Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments

• Experience microservices architecture and containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus
