Responsibilities: . Lead and guide teams in delivering scalable, low-latency architecture and cost-effective solutions to various product teams. . Identify areas of concern within the existing codebase and devise corrective measures. . Implement solutions by harnessing various open-source distributed systems to deliver fully-fledged products. . Ensure timely execution of solutions to address gaps and technical debt. . Pioneering novel solutions from scratch and collaborating with architects and engineers from other product teams to build and promote these solutions. . Regularly review code and architectural changes to provide timely feedback, maintain code clarity, streamline complexities, and advocate best practices. . Stay updated on technological advancements and consistently explore ways to leverage them to enhance product delivery and quality. . Assist the team in identifying and executing features with the right trade-offs without compromising quality and delivery. . Develop cohesive development strategies across the organization Requirements: . Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a product or startup environment. . Proficiency in designing for scalability and performance. . Capability to conduct peer code reviews. . Strong problem-solving skills. . Expertise in data structures and algorithms.
