Role Summary


Owns end-to-end technical direction of the Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI migration, ensuring architecture alignment, scalability, maintainability, and compliance.




Key Skills & Responsibilities


10+ years in Xamarin.Forms / .NET MAUI development & Design.


Define technical architecture for .NET MAUI (Windows-only) migration.


Expertise in .NET 8+ (with upgrade path to .NET 10), .NET MAUI, and Windows platform APIs.


Drive migration strategy: Xamarin.Forms MAUI project consolidation, handlers, and DI adoption.


Ensure seamless integration with external APIs and implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (including modern identity providers).


Oversee SQLite offline/online data sync, encryption, and schema compatibility.


Align solution with RBAC security model and enforce security best practices.


Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, artifact publishing).


Define and review quality gates (SonarQube, Veracode, Mend scans).


Guide performance, scalability, and compliance requirements (AHDS, OWASP).


Provide migration documentation and technical design artifacts.


Mentor leads and developers, perform architecture/code reviews.


Experience with Code assistant Tools like Github Copilot.
