that we deliver well tested software that meets the business requirements of our organization
and its customers. This position will be in our Pune Office.A Day in the Life

  • Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via product ticket system.
  • Work with customers to identify and replicate errors and defects through a variety of
communications means to ensure resolution. * Work Individually or Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions.
  • Provide customer feedback to support management through regular team meetings to
ensure management keeps a pulse on customer needs and attitudes for decision
making purposes. * Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, proactiveand timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction scores. * Work with product team for the support tickets that needs product team to be involvedand also share the feedback based on the kind of support tickets raised to improve the

  • Knowledge in Salesforce.com/ Force.com platform
  • Min. 3 to 5 years of experience. Understanding of Salesforce.com platform w.r.t Platform administration, Data Management, Integration, Security and Deployment,automations.
  • Good Analytical skills and issue debugging (troubleshooting skills).
  • Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, and user creation, reports and Dashboard management, Data load.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring the platforms effective use.
  • Have knowledge in Creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com configuration best practices during implementation.
  • Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and Clients to coordinate & meet deliverable.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or relevant Engineering degree.
  • Certifications: Nice to have Salesforce.com Admin Certified and App Builder Certified.
  • Experience in Customer Support activities \xe2\x80\x93 Added Advantage
  • Willingness to work in US time Shift.
