Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Migration & Technical Operations

Execute and manage cross-platform email and data migrations (e.g., M365, Exchange, Lotus Notes) Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis Assist clients with installations, configurations, and license activation Coordinate closely with developers to report bugs or suggest improvements

Presales & Customer Engagement

Participate in product demonstrations, webinars, and discovery calls with prospects Help draft RFPs, solution documents, and implementation plans Address client queries and assist the sales team with technically sound inputs

Digital Marketing Support

Collaborate on digital campaigns, website content, and product launch assets Provide technical insights for blog posts, LinkedIn content, and explainer videos Assist with keyword optimization, user guides, SEO-technical content creation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, or similar platforms Excellent problem-solving and customer interaction skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in presales or digital marketing is a plus Knowledge of SEO, CMS (WordPress), or social media platforms is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Graph API) Understanding of SaaS/Cloud technologies Content creation or video editing skills for technical demonstrations
