Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Risk Management Analyst to join our cybersecurity consulting team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Junior Risk Management Analyst will support the development of risk assessments, compliance documentation, client proposals, and presentation materials related to cybersecurity and information security management. This role requires a candidate with strong writing skills, proficiency in creating professional presentations, and the ability to understand and communicate complex cybersecurity concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Note: This position is open exclusively to female candidates residing in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Development:

Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations on cybersecurity topics including risk management, compliance frameworks, threat intelligence, security controls, and industry best practices with professional design and clear visual communication.

Proposal and Response Writing:

Develop detailed responses to client RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal) including technical requirements, solution descriptions, project methodologies, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity services.

Risk Assessment Documentation:

Assist in preparing risk assessment reports, threat analysis documents, vulnerability summaries, and risk treatment plans for clients across various industries and compliance requirements.

Graphical Design and Infographics:

Design visual content including infographics, process diagrams, architecture diagrams, compliance matrices, and data visualization charts to effectively communicate cybersecurity concepts and findings.

Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation including security policies, procedures, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 or NIST standards.

Research and Content Development:

Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to support proposal development, client presentations, and advisory services.

Compliance Framework Documentation:

Assist in developing documentation for compliance frameworks including gap assessment reports, remediation plans, control implementation guides, and audit preparation materials.

Client Communication Support:

Prepare executive summaries, status reports, meeting minutes, and client-facing documentation ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation quality.

Quality Assurance:

Review and proofread technical documents, presentations, and proposals for accuracy, consistency, formatting standards, and alignment with brand guidelines before client delivery.

Template Development:

Create and maintain reusable templates for proposals, presentations, risk assessments, reports, and other documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across deliverables.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with senior analysts, cybersecurity consultants, project managers, and technical teams to gather information, understand client requirements, and deliver high-quality documentation on schedule.

Qualifications

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in IT, technical writing, documentation, content development, or related roles with exposure to cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience in IT operations, helpdesk, system administration, or technology support roles Background in technical writing, documentation management, or content creation Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, or compliance standards Experience creating client presentations, proposals, or business documentation Knowledge of information security principles and risk management methodologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA), Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, or related field. Three-year degree programs are acceptable.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including slide design, animations, transitions, SmartArt graphics, and professional template creation Strong expertise in Microsoft Word for technical documentation, formatting, styles, tables, and professional report creation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, tables, charts, and basic formulas Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms for creating infographics and visual content Familiarity with diagramming tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io for process flows and architecture diagrams Basic understanding of cybersecurity terminology, risk management concepts, and compliance frameworks Strong research skills using online resources, industry publications, and technical documentation Excellent English language proficiency with strong grammar, vocabulary, and technical writing capabilities Attention to detail with ability to format documents according to brand guidelines and quality standards

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role operates in a collaborative consulting environment with regular interaction with senior analysts, technical teams, and project managers. Work involves primarily office-based documentation and presentation development with occasional participation in client meetings and briefings.
