Role Overview:-

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our expert team and help drive knowledge adoption across our customers, partners, and internal teams.

Conduct engaging in-person and remote training sessions for CloudThat's customers, partners, and internal teams. Design and develop training materials (slides, labs, videos, and assignments) based on the latest AI/ML and deep learning technologies. Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to draft training proposals and build content aligned with industry needs and customer demands. Train and mentor internal trainers or partner faculty to scale delivery across regions and formats. Build interactive, lab-based, and project-driven sessions using tools such as Jupyter notebooks, code visualizations, and data demos. Integrate real-world project-based learning into training modules, emphasizing hands-on implementation of AI concepts. Create instructor delivery notes, learner assessments, and certification benchmarks to support consistent delivery quality. Support the interpersonal and facilitation aspects of each training engagement to ensure learner satisfaction and engagement.

Skills & Qualification: -

Exposure to AI model development, MLOps pipelines, or data science workflows. Experience developing content for professional certifications or enterprise skilling programs. Proven expertise in delivering technical training or workshops, especially in AI and deep learning domains. Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Competencies:-

Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keraso Implementing and teaching architectures such as CNNs, RNNso Building solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and Agentic

Preferred to have:

Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, etc.). Familiarity with AI use case deployment workflows and real-world problem solving.

Behavioural Competencies:-

Excellent communication Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Proven ability to deliver technical training and presentations to a range of audiences, from beginners to experts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
