Technical Advisor
Job Description
Manage market product quality for products in global business, through leveraging upon predictive and /or reactive measures of technical troubleshooting and product improvisations
Key Responsibilities
Monitor field complaints and provide quick resolution
Monitor product performance in the market. (pattern analysis, MQS etc)
Monitor repeat jobs and the reason for occurrence
Ensure adherence to SOPs without deviation
Conduct regular OJTs at Distributor and its network
