Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Market Expansion:
Travel extensively across different cities in Madhya Pradesh to generate leads and build a strong business pipeline.
Conduct
cold calls
, institutional visits, and client meetings to promote the company's educational programs and services.
Identify new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and training institutes.
Seminar & Event Management:
Organize and conduct
career counselling seminars
,
student engagement events
, and
awareness programs
in educational institutions.
Represent the company in education fairs, campus events, and local marketing activities.
Student Counselling & Conversion:
Guide and counsel students and parents about course options, admissions process, and career prospects.
Convert enquiries into admissions through professional communication and relationship management.
Maintain student records and follow up with potential leads to achieve monthly admission targets.
Admission Consultant Development:
Identify and onboard
local admission consultants
or educational partners across cities to strengthen business networks.
Train and support consultants to achieve enrollment goals.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, track performance metrics, and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and admissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in field sales, institutional sales, or educational counselling (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Good understanding of the education market in Madhya Pradesh.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of institutions visited per month.
Student counselling sessions conducted.
Admissions and revenue generated.
Number of active consultants onboarded.
Event/seminar success rate and student engagement metrics.
