We're currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead our online bidding and business development team across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other IT channels.
Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives, driving project acquisition through bidding platforms, and ensuring smooth client communication and project handovers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives
Oversee and strategize bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
Identify potential IT projects and draft high-quality proposals
Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Work closely with project and technical teams for smooth execution
Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT bidding/sales on platforms like Upwork & Fiverr
Proven experience in leading a team of business development executives
Excellent understanding of IT services, tools, and bidding strategies
Strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills
Educational background in IT, BCA, B.Tech (CS/IT) or related fields
Familiarity with CRM tools, Upwork analytics, proposal writing tools
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: upto35,000 - ?50,000/month (based on skills & experience)
