Handle incoming technical and service-related queries via email, phone, and internal CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics for timely order processing and customer updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, complaints, and resolutions.
Support the preparation of technical documentation, quotations, product catalogs, and customer-specific reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and backend tasks.
