About the Role:We're looking for an experienced PPC Manager to lead our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You'll be responsible for driving measurable performance, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and mentoring a team of PPC executives.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other networks.- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to meet performance targets.- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to improve CTR and conversion rates.- Set up and manage conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.- Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and emerging trends in performance marketing.- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing goals.- Lead and mentor a team of PPC executives, ensuring learning and performance growth.Requirements:- 6-9 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Mxeta Ads.- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, and programmatic platforms is a plus.- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.- Google Ads certification is preferred.
