In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver real value.Responsibilities:- Conduct surveys to gather and document business requirements and streamline the processes.- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Define and document functional specifications and user stories.- Work closely with the CEO and the stakeholders to make relevant dashboards for business insights- Monitor project progress and identify improvement areas- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with business analysis tools is a plus.CTC- 8LPA-17LPA
