Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of industrial equipment and machinery
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults and carry out timely repairs
Ensure proper installation, alignment, and commissioning of equipment
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts records
Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and company maintenance standards
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Support continuous improvement and equipment efficiency initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant trade
1-3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance (freshers may apply if trained)
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work in shifts and on-site locations
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
