Responsibilities for this position include:

• Help in writing technical blog posts publicising technical software
• Create compelling copy on a variety of topics for consumption through vehicles such as web, social, white paper, business deck and marketing assets of various forms
• Research influential market blogs, vlogs, podcasts and market news for relevant content ideas and topics
• Suggest new content when needed, such as social posts, blog posts and articles
• Able to reword existing written content to convey correct messaging
• Assist in technical sales collateral creations such as case studies, white papers, and landing pages
• Respond to time-critical requests
• Identify, create, and measure - own content - KPIs on views

"Must" Experience:

• minimum of 8+ years of experience of technical writing
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or similar field
• Extensive technical writing experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Incredible attention to detail
• Aware of software process and development life cycle
• Create compelling copy on a variety of topics for consumption through vehicles such as web, social, white paper, business deck and marketing assets of various forms

• Firmly believes that communication can be both clear and concise.
• Experience writing UI content and knowledge of best practices across web and mobile
• Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., waterfall, agile)
• A knack for juggling several projects, managing time efficiently, and prioritizing appropriately

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
