Core Risk & Controls Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Deloitte Global Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) provides professional and consultative services to our member firms across the globe. We develop, drive, and support the Global Strategy and Brand for the overall Deloitte organization. Employees of DTTL work on complex business projects that connect and serve client service practitioners around the world. This position supports the DTTL Core Risk Senior Manager / Director (located within DTTL Global) with implementing and maintaining an internal controls framework across all Core Service Areas and the Central team. The position is for a risk professional who is looking to expand their knowledge through exposure to diverse and complex risk issues on a global basis and who can work independently to provide advice and guidance to our internal clients. Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do Support senior management in executing firmwide risk management procedures to high quality and in a time bound manner. Assist the process owners with evaluating control deficiencies including root cause and severity assessments. Assist in project management including reporting and creating presentations to stakeholders

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• 6 to 8 years of related experience. Experience is preferred in professional services such as external/internal audit, or IT audit.
• Demonstrate an understanding of internal controls, risk assessments, business process and internal IT control testing or operational auditing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills - demonstrate ability to plan and manage projects independently along with ensuring high quality deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
