Job Title: SME - Technical Support (US Voice Process)
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 5+ Years (SME Level)
CTC: Upto 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex technical queries for US customers via voice support.
Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting and mentoring team members.
Ensure SLA adherence, high-quality resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
Document process updates and contribute to knowledge base development.
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Tech Support (Voice - US Process).
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows, VPN, Outlook, Networking, and related tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior SME/Team handling experience in a BPO/IT Helpdesk environment.
Flexible to work in night shifts (US Shifts).
