Job Description

Work as a technical support for manufacturing of proto parts as per the standard/design Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Operate the machines and tool independently and in safe manner
Preparation of parting surfaces, inserts and san molds
Designing gates and risers,
Preparation and poring of molten metal
Finishing of RPT & casting parts
Reading fits and Tolerances Errors in operating tools 50 PERCENT
Understand proto design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design Requirements Drawing Study and CAD model study
Understanding the requirements of customer
Part drawing
Tools selecting with Understanding the requirements of part & Process
Load material and calibrate the build quality Meet manufacturing timelines and minimising lead time of delivery Plan vs Actual 30 PERCENT
Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes Parts Visual Inspection
Detecting malfunctions
Troubleshooting processes;
Adjusting and reprogramming controls;
Parts inspection pre & post operation
Replacing worn tools
Handling of precise Measuring instruments Plan vs Actual 20 PERCENT

Skills Information
Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role Sound Knowledge of operation and basic maintenance of machine
Sound Knowledge of GD&T & all Measuring instruments, cutting tools, Materials and HT Process.
Sound Knowledge of Fixturing Concept, welding process and Sheet metal laser cutting
