Provide product/service information and assist customers in understanding company offerings.
Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
Maintain service level standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.) to improve overall customer experience.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
