Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify recurring issues and escalate to the concerned department for resolution. Provide product/service information and assist customers in understanding company offerings. Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved. Maintain service level standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.) to improve overall customer experience. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
