The Role

• You will support Ad Ops, SEO, Web Development, and internal teams
• Troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and coordinating with third-party providers.
• This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, learning new tools, and contributing to multiple facets of digital marketing operations.
• This role ensures smooth technical operations across clients' and agency's digital platforms, from email systems and website hosting to security, integrations, and technical support for marketing teams.

Ideal Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have working knowledge of Strong knowledge of SMTP, email systems, and email deliverability practices., Experience with web hosting platforms, cPanel, and domain management., Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., Strong documentation and communication skills., Ability to troubleshoot software, integration, and hosting issues efficiently., Hands-on experience managing CRMs and marketing-related tools., Technical support experience for marketing teams, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, or analytics platforms. and + years experience in technical support, IT operations, or system administration.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
