Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/BCA in IT/Computer science or any Graduate with software/technical knowledge & have relevent experience.
Responsibilities:
Technical support
: Provide technical support to customers, both internal and external
Hardware and software
: Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Documentation
: Document technical procedures and processes
Training
: Provide training and support to other team members
Technical improvement
: Contribute to the improvement of technical systems and processes
What are we looking for?
- Fluent Communication in English and Hindi.
- Preferablly has Computer Software knowledge or are curious to learn about concepts like HRMS/ Attendance/ Payroll/ Administration.
- Patience and persuasive skills is a must for dealing with potential customers to convert them into clients.
- Should be able to break down complex concepts and deliver it to groups and clients for demonstration.
- Should be well-versed with Microsoft Office.
- Individual with a collaborative approach.
