Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist Enterprise Applications
Experience: 4 7 Years
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
Define and propose integrated ELM solutions aligned to customer processes and business strategy
Gather, formalize, and analyze business requirements; translate them into detailed functional & technical specifications
Design system architecture covering data management, automation, integration (PLM/ERP/MES), and scalability
Oversee implementation phases including stakeholder communication, governance, and risk mitigation
Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and UAT to drive customer adoption and change management
Mentor consulting teams; lead presales (demos, effort estimation) and support sales with solution proposals
Collaborate with Product Management & R&D to bring field insights into product enhancements
Drive quality improvement across the implementation lifecycle
Build deep expertise in Hexagon's ELM product suite
Contribute actively to a positive, collaborative team culture Qualifications:
4 7 years of PLM / ERP implementation and solution architecture experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering Technical & Functional Competencies:
Minimum 4 years as Solution Architect / Technical Consultant in enterprise software implementation
Strong understanding of engineering processes & manufacturing workflows
Hands-on experience with PLM / ERP or enterprise application implementation & integration
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams
Experience with multi-tier, distributed enterprise applications
