It involves creating Test Plans, supporting New Product Development, enhancing productivity through automation and infrastructure improvements, and driving reliability by reducing design failures. The position also emphasizes innovation in control logic, development of future technologies, and filing of IPRs for new algorithms and solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Service, and Production teams, while coordinating with external vendors and consultants. Strong technical expertise in chillers, thermal engineering, and algorithm development, along with competencies in communication, innovation, and team collaboration, is essential.
