Job Title: Tech Services Engineer Structures
Location: Bengaluru (BLR)

Function: Engineering MRO
Reports To: Sr. Manager Tech Services
We are seeking a Tech Services Engineer Structures to support aircraft structural maintenance, reliability improvement, and technical operations. The role involves providing technical expertise, implementing best practices, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in structural maintenance.
Perform technical inspections and ensure the integrity of aircraft components and systems.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of structural maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation and records.
Coordinate with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure timely operations and parts support.
Handle additional projects or tasks assigned by management. Skills & Competencies
Strong aircraft structural knowledge
Technical maintenance and inspection skills
Knowledge of technical documentation (AMM, IPC, SRM, etc.)
Safety-focused with understanding of regulatory requirements
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills Key Performance Indicators
Structural integrity and performance of aircraft components
Efficiency and turnaround time of maintenance activities
Compliance with aviation safety standards and regulations

Internal:
Engineering Teams coordination for operational support
External:
Vendors / Suppliers technical support, spare parts, and materials procurement Education & Experience Requirements
B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in airframe structures maintenance
Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards (preferred)
Structure training or type course is an added advantage
