Job Title: Tech Services Engineer Avionics & IFE

We are looking for a skilled Tech Services Engineer Avionics & IFE to support avionics and in-flight entertainment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical operations. The role involves providing technical expertise, improving maintenance processes, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and expertise to flight crews, maintenance staff, and operational teams.
Identify process improvement opportunities in Avionics & IFE maintenance, and implement best practices.
Support troubleshooting, defect analysis, and resolution of Avionics & IFE issues.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and technical procedures.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless operational support.
Work with external vendors and suppliers for technical support and parts procurement.
Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation and records.
Handle additional tasks or projects assigned by reporting leadership. Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Avionics & IFE systems
Experience in technical maintenance and troubleshooting
Proficiency in technical documentation (AMM, IPC, wiring diagrams, etc.)
Safety-focused approach with understanding of regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Key Performance Indicators
Reliability & performance of Avionics & IFE systems
Efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance tasks
Turnaround time for issue resolution
Accuracy and compliance of technical documentation
Reduction in aircraft downtime

Engineering & Maintenance Teams coordination for operational needs
External:
Vendors / Suppliers technical support, component management, procurement Education & Experience Requirements
B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in Avionics & IFE maintenance
Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards (preferred)
Experience on Airbus fleet is an added advantage
Type Course or B2 License on Airbus aircraft preferred
