As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating new leads through inbound technical calls and successfully converting them into loyal paying customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively engage with customers during support interactions, skillfully introducing our diverse range of service packages tailored to meet their needs.

- Revenue Achievement: Set and surpass revenue targets by implementing strategic sales techniques while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to gather insights and feedback that will inform product improvements and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Must possess strong proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.

- Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound/inbound technical sales is preferred, showcasing a proven track record in lead conversion and customer engagement.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive long-term relationships.
