Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Power Platform Developer for the Product Development Team.


Smart Data Solutions is a technology vendor that brings 22 years of healthcare experience using intelligence and automation to extract data from front office mailroom operations. What are we looking for?


Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partner with hiring managers across global teams to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both domestic and international roles, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments. Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment tracking sheets, ensuring data consistency across global offices. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across India and international locations. Stay up-to-date with global industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Collaborate with the HR global team to align hiring strategies, share talent pipelines, and ensure consistent candidate experience across regions. Support employer branding initiatives in Chennai, and in coordination with global offices. Participate in cross-regional recruitment meetings and contribute to global talent acquisition projects. Identify gaps and enhance existing hiring workflows by refining documentation, streamlining steps, and implementing best practices to ensure a more standardized and efficient process. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a global or multi-location environment. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts. Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on candidate experience and meeting hiring needs. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards; ability to maintain accurate and timely records. Ability to build and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Knowledge of global hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive practices. Experience supporting employer branding efforts across multiple geographies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering and technology / Bachelor/master's degree in computer applications preferred.
