We are seeking Tech Publication Executives to manage, maintain, and facilitate access to technical documentation. The role ensures regulatory compliance, organizes technical libraries, and supports engineering teams in accessing accurate and up-to-date information for efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize technical documentation with accuracy and precision.
Support engineering teams by ensuring timely access to required technical information.
Facilitate the induction and training of personnel on document management systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory document control requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
Support internal and external documentation projects and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure documentation meets project and regulatory needs. Skills & Competencies
Expertise in technical documentation and library management
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with organized approach to document management
Ability to facilitate training and induction processes
Familiarity with aviation technical documentation preferred Key Performance Indicators

B.Sc / B.Tech / BE / BBA / BBM / BA in Library Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 2 years experience in a technical library
