The India Tech Hub will help us work smarter and faster across our business's value chain by unlocking the power of data and technology. In this centre, development work will focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Through the Hub, we will expand our capabilities in Product Systems, Merchandising and Planning, Digital Presence, Distribution and Logistics, and Corporate Systems. The team in India will work as an extension of the global Technology team on projects of strategic priorities.



Job Role Requirements:

  • Foster a diverse team with a positive, supportive, growth-oriented, security-minded culture

  • Promote process and tool best practices and optimization across programs and projects
  • Participate and collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure balance of optimal results and ROI
  • Ensure contributor tasks are carried out, providing coaching, counsel, and discipline as needed
  • Plan and evolve team to effectively support both contributor and department goals
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain documented processes and procedures
  • Ensure the ITH team and certain international partners are organized, trained, and equipped to resolveoperations issues with applications and platforms supported
  • Provide scheduled updates and plans to cross-functional leadership teams
  • Clearly communicate strategy and vision for ITH team and provide plans, needs, and risks to accomplishment
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience in the Technology management
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in leadership roles in high stakes environments with large-scale programs
  • Has a demonstrated ability to assess complex business programs and translate them into deliverables within the triple constraint of scope, budget and quality
  • Possesses experience working with other markets to achieve shared goals
  • Has a willingness to build out teams, processes, and procedures in nebulous environments
  • Demonstrate passion forinspiring and empowering people
  • Proactive with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Collaborative team player across internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and group dynamic skills
  • Agile, Safe Certification with retail or Ecommerce( Preferably Retail) mandatory
