Product & Tech Leadership

Manage the

development/customisation team

to adapt MMH 360 for India. Deliver

ABHA-compliant

,

WhatsApp-first

, and

payment-enabled

solutions. Drive product enhancements for

clinics, GPs, specialists, and hospitals

.

Customer & Market Engagement

Partner with

hospitals, GPs, and clinics

to tailor workflows & onboard them smoothly. Build

referral networks

between hospitals and primary care providers. Champion

"family doctor stickiness"

and long-term patient retention.

Business Strategy & Growth

Execute our

India go-to-market roadmap

: pilots, GP onboarding, and Tier-1/Tier-2 expansion. Support the

sales force

with technical insights and customer engagement. Track and drive

KPIs

: adoption, transaction growth, and retention. Build partnerships with

labs, pharmacies, and diagnostic players

.

7-10 years experience

in HealthTech SaaS, EMR/EHR, or B2B SaaS. Strong

tech + business hybrid

profile - product customisation + client engagement. Understanding of

APIs, cloud deployments, WhatsApp integrations, payment gateways

, and Indian healthcare workflows. Excellent

stakeholder management skills

- ability to talk to doctors, hospital admins, and tech teams alike. MBA/PGDM preferred, with Engineering/CS/Healthcare IT background.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
