Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Product Manager

to lead product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical ability, technical understanding, and experience working with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable and user-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Leadership teams. Translate user insights and business needs into functional product requirements. Drive end-to-end product development cycles from planning to launch. Analyze data, metrics, and user behavior to improve product performance. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features. Prioritize tasks and manage product timelines effectively. Conduct research to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications

4-10 years of product management experience. Strong understanding of technology, UX principles, and business strategy. Ability to create clear product documentation and technical specifications. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, Business, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Experience with data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making and ownership mindset.

Compensation
