Tech Ops/sales Support Team Lead/am Cpaas & Whatsapp Business Api

Job Description
- Support sales team with technical inputs during client pitches (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, Voice, RCS, etc.)
- Coordinate with BSPs (Business Solution Providers), telcos, and partners (Meta, operators) for service enablement and approvals
- Handle onboarding processes: template approvals, sender verification, API documentation, and integration support
- Monitor uptime, platform health, and basic incident management with product /engineering teams
- Assist in client training, UAT support, and post-sale configuration queries
