Tech Ops Specialist - Social Trading Platform- 4-5 years- Mohali/Mumbai
Location-Mohali/Mumbai
Summary-We're looking for an experienced Tech Ops Specialist with strong MySQL and Linux expertise to ensure the smooth operation, monitoring and optimisation of a high-scale social trading platform. You'll troubleshoot incidents, work with cross-functional teams and help improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure day-to-day system maintenance and performance optimisation.
2. Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents; drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
3. Monitor platform health using monitoring tools and refine alerting/observability.
4. Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to implement technical solutions.
5. Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and evaluation of new technologies.
Requirements
1. 4-6+ years hands-on experience with MySQL (performance tuning, queries, backups).
2. Strong fluency with Linux commands and experience in Windows environments.
3. Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios) and improving observability.
4. Comfortable using ticketing/issue tracking systems such as JIRA / ClickUp.
5. Excellent written & spoken English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to join on-call rotations.
