Tech manager Infrastructure Services
Experience: 8+ years
Role Overview: Responsible for managing the design, implementation, and operations of secure and highly available network, cloud connectivity, identity, and security platforms. The role ensures stable internet/MPLS connectivity, secure AWS integration, strong IAM governance, and effective security and IT support operations through vendor and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performed projects related to data-center migration and consolidation.
• Deployed SD-WAN solution (Meraki) with 5000 wireless access points across 300+ remote offices.
• Conducted site assessments to identify and improve network issues in WAN/LAN/WLAN environments.
• Configured Layer 3 switches and routers for fault tolerance, load balancing, and high availability.
• Motivated by the emerging technology of API integration and network automation.
• Designed and implemented VPN and firewall policies using Fortigate, Cisco ASA, and Microsoft ISA 2006.
• Designed and deployed networks with static and dynamic routing protocols (IP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Analyzed current and future technology needs for secure network infrastructure.
• Integrated new security solutions into existing wireless network infrastructure and conducted network security audits.
• Developed low-level and high-level network designs based on customer requirements and existing capabilities.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive and compelling proposals. Provide technical support to the team
• Resource Sizing & Proposal Preparation: Proficient in performing resource sizing and preparing proposals, including technical documentation, diagrams, scope of work (SOW), and pricing information.
• Customer Engagement & Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their networking needs, assess existing infrastructure, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration & Network Design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design network solutions, considering scalability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Technical Presentations: Conduct technical presentations to showcase the proposed network solutions, emphasizing their benefits and value.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on networking technologies and industry trends to enhance product knowledge and stay at the forefront of the field.
• Backend Support post Sales: - Review & manage Project Contract, Back end Engineering Support, Providing Technical /Commercial input to Site team in implementation Phase. Handling Variation Order, Discussion or Letter/Email communication with Customer in case any conflict arises

Qualification

• Engineer or graduate in computer science
• Post-graduation, specialization in Networking (CCNA, CCNP)
• ITIL, PMP certified.

• With over 8+ years of experience and highly skilled Network Security professional specializing in consulting, designing, planning, and leading projects, should be excel as an effective leader, leveraging strong technical background and team-building skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Proven expertise in network designing, modelling, engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills.
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Well familiar with various network analysis, OS, hardware tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
