What You'll DoLead and encourage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and initiatives. Coordinate the development and maintenance of innovative technology solutions, driving continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables. Build, develop, and implement high-quality software applications and systems. Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of collaboration and excellence. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain strict coding standards and ensure efficient performance. Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless integration and operation of systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability. Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.

What We're Looking ForMore than 6 years of experience in software development and management roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven history of guiding and mentoring engineering teams to achieve outstanding results. Extensive technical knowledge in software development, including skillfulness in various programming languages. Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and guidelines. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively under pressure. Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
