About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of SaaS-based ERP solutions, dynamic web applications, and web portals. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable SaaS-based ERP systems, web applications, and portals. Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment. Team Management: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and other technical staff. System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures in alignment with business requirements and technology trends. Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver solutions. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability. Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS-based ERP, web applications, and web portal development. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with API design, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).

Skills:

Experience with AI/ML integration in SaaS products. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools. Understanding of UX/UI design principles. ###
