Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end architecture and development of

full stack applications

with AI/ML capabilities Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines Review code, ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability Guide team on design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
Full Stack Development

Design and develop

frontend applications

using React / Angular / Vue Build robust

backend services

using Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Design and optimize databases (SQL & NoSQL) Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
AI / ML Development

Design and implement

machine learning models

for prediction, classification, NLP, or computer vision Work with

data pipelines

, feature engineering, and model training Deploy ML models using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining) Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch) into applications
Required Skills

Full Stack

Strong experience with

JavaScript/TypeScript

, React/Angular Backend expertise in

Python / Node.js / Java / .NET

Database expertise: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis API design, authentication, and authorization
AI / ML

Strong understanding of

machine learning algorithms

Experience with

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Knowledge of NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision (preferred) Model deployment and monitoring experience
