Strong Understanding of Hardware Requirement

Knowledge of Battery Management system(BMS).

Deep understanding of Hardware Design, able to understand the Circuits.

Strong Knowledge of ASPICE for Hardware Engineering (HWE) and hands-on

Experience in writing and managing Hardware requirement using Tools like Polarion JAMA Connect(Preferable)

Proficiency in requirement elicitation and traceability

Knowledge of Hardware Development Life Cycle.

Knowledge of Standard like Functional Safety (Part -5 Hardware)ISO26262, Understand EMI/EMC Standards.

Knowledge of Hardware Test Case writing.

Knowledge of JIRA Software.

Effective Communication skills
