Responsinilities for .Net technical lead

\xef\x81\xac Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

\xef\x81\xac Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

\xef\x81\xac Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to

standard.

\xef\x81\xac Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

\xef\x81\xac Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss

improvements.

\xef\x81\xac Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

\xef\x81\xac Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

\xef\x81\xac Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

\xef\x81\xac Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

\xef\x81\xac Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

\xef\x81\xac 4+ years of development experience with at least Two year working with C# .Net technologies

and SQL Server

\xef\x81\xac Build standards based frameworks and libraries to support a large-scale application

\xef\x81\xac Improve end-to-end system performance tuning and design for scale

\xef\x81\xac Must have strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner.

\xef\x81\xac Experience working with teams, conducting code reviews.

Technical Lead Requirements:

\xef\x81\xac Excellent self-management and organization skills

\xef\x81\xac 3+ years of computer science, engineering, or a related field.

\xef\x81\xac Relevant Management certification may be required.

\xef\x81\xac Excellent self-management and organization skills

\xef\x81\xac Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

\xef\x81\xac Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

\xef\x81\xac Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

\xef\x81\xac Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.

\xef\x81\xac Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
