Job description
Role Summary: We are looking for a Test Lead/Architect with 6-9 years of experience who will lead Onsite and Offshore team. He will play an integral role in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design and
Implementation, Training and Handover, Go Live.
Responsibility:

• Experience in Salesforce Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, datautilities, Analytics, sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Support Administration.
• Expertise in SFDC Development using Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org - Wide default, Sharing rules, Workflows.
• Create various Roles, Profiles, and Page Layouts and Configured the permissions based on the hierarchy requirements of the organization.
• Professional experience developing salesforce App Exchange apps (packaging, security, edition targeting etc.) Responsible for setting up Field Level Security.
• Experience in SFDC Integration using Web Service and Apex Programming, App-Exchange Packages & Custom Applications, Salesforce.com Service Cloud expertise.
• Manage, package, and deploy software releases to all environments using robust software development lifecycle methodology. Good Experience in Batch Processing (Batch Apex) with scheduling.
• In-depth understanding of CRM business processes that include Forecasting, Campaign management, Lead Management, Order Management, Account Management, Case Management and merging management.
• Understanding the functional requirements and clarifying all requirements pertaining to the Backlogs with the Product Owner.
• Good Motivated team player with excellent Communicational, Willing to work in a challenging and cross platform environment.

Prerequisites:
Qualifications and Education Requirements
MCA / B. Tech.
Industrial Experience
5-7 Years of experience in Software Design & development, Consulting, Business Analysis
Experience/Certification on Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Marketing, Service)
Tehnical Skills
Salesforce CRM Platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com)
SFDC, LWC, Aura, Apex, Visual Force, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Oracle PL/SQ, Salesforce Reports and Dashboard, Crystal Reports
REST/SOAP, Salesforce API Integration, Microservice, Community
Window-98/XP/2000/7/8/10,11, Linux
