The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the technical team, overseeing project architecture, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The role involves hands-on development along with mentoring developers and coordinating with project managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical execution of projects
Design system architecture and ensure best coding practices
Review code, manage repositories, and enforce quality standards
Mentor and guide developers and interns
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on requirements
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Technical Skills Required
Strong proficiency in relevant tech stack (e.g., PHP/Laravel, React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of APIs, cloud services, and deployment processes
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
4-7 years of relevant development experience
Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role
