The team in India will enable 3M Company to further expand internal capabilities in Digital, Infrastructure & Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT Operational Excellence. The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define what's next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.

& Responsibilities:

• Owning and managing the team's backlog(s)
• Actively participating in planning activities for the Program Increment and PI Planning
• Story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and story sequencing, and drafting the team's specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increment (PI)
• Leading the development team through all activities to support
• Sprint activities
• Acting as a key stakeholder in product related decisions and release planning
• Working with the Chief Product Owner to evaluate the product roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
• Producing workflows, completing data mapping and performing business process design
• Working with the Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements such as infrastructure needs

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Operating System, SQL Databases and/or Linux platforms
• Recent experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Scrum or Kanban Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experienced in the management of a Product Roadmaps with multiple projects/Features that may be in significantly different stages of development or have differing timelines and priorities
• Experience in communicating in a fashion tailored the audience and their needs
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrates experience in working effectively with all levels of staff, business partners and IT Leadership
• Experience in proposing and leading strategic initiatives

Experience Desired

• CSPO or A-CSPO Certified Scrum Product Owner

Education and Training Required

• BS/BA degree in Business, Information management or similar
• OR
• 5 additional years of Product owner experience in lieu of a degree; with the ability to complete a degree within a year of onboarding

• Demonstrated ability to provide advice, assistance, and leadership in improving the quality of
• IT projects, by focusing on program definition, management, repeatability, and measurement
• Experience developing business case
• Experience collaborating with Executives and corporate leadership
• Ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results
