Responsibilities : * Leading the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, and customizing solutions to meet client needs.
• Providing technical mentorship to team members and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and application development.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions while proactively identifying areas of improvement and innovation.
• Staying updated with the latest Power Platform features and ensuring optimal utilization of tools.
• Performing quality assurance and overseeing rigorous testing to meet high-performance standards.

Requirements * At least 6+ years of experience in technology development with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools.

• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with a basic understanding of Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including deployment, governance, and monitoring using Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to create scalable, reusable solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with good communication and leadership skills to drive results.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
